this case file is a miniature — the full work hangs one ring further out.

    You are inside the portfolio.

This site is drawn in the Poincaré disk model of the hyperbolic plane — a {7,3} tiling of heptagons, three meeting at every corner. Space here has constant negative curvature: parallel lines diverge, the edge of the disk is infinitely far away, and there is always another cell.

Which is the point. Every heptagon is a work. Drag to travel — distances obey hyperbolic geometry, so the projects ahead of you shrink faster than your intuition expects. Click one and it will be carried to the origin along its geodesic.

KJR builds interfaces, tools, and the occasional impossible object. The center is wherever you're standing.

    IMPOSSIBLE
    SPACES

You are standing in the hyperbolic plane. Eight works are visible from where you stand; infinitely many are not. Parallel lines diverge here, so everything you walk toward gets smaller faster than it should. That is not a bug in the lens. It is honest space.
